WHAT IS SPORTS THERAPY?
Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
Sports Therapy is not just for people who are active, you may sit at a desk all day, play weekend sport, go to the gym or just have a hectic lifestyle, whatever your circumstances we tailor each treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

What will my treatment include?
Your initial appointment will include a detailed assessment where you will discuss your injury with your therapist and set both short and long-term goals in order to keep you motivated and monitor your progression throughout your treatment. At Realign we are aware there maybe setbacks to your recovery or you may just need advice regarding your rehabilitation which is why we are here for you around the clock offering both email and text support.

Lee graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2008 after studying for a degree in Sports Therapy.

Lee later worked at Edge Hill University as a Sports Therapy technician on the Sports Therapy Degree program. Lee set up Realign in 2013 and has since established strong links with numerous local businesses and sports clubs and has worked with elite athletes in the sports of football, boxing, swimming, triathlon, powerlifting and hockey.
